This agreement is a legal contract between you and Biubiu VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation and use of the mobile VPN application (referred to as the 'App').

By downloading or using the App, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted this agreement. Please review it carefully before use. Unauthorized copying, modification of the App or associated trademarks, reverse engineering, source-code extraction, text translation or derivative development is prohibited. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust functions or fees and will communicate material changes appropriately. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking or rooting may weaken system security and affect app operation.

This Service integrates necessary third-party services such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When using the Service, you may also be subject to the terms of those third-party services.

Service limitations: the App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for unavailability caused by device arrears, data caps, weak signal, carrier restrictions or user network conditions. Mobile data and roaming charges are the user's responsibility.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. Issues caused by battery depletion, system restrictions or incorrect configuration are not covered by compensation. We work to provide accurate route information, but some data may come from third-party partners. For compatibility and security, the App may release updates, and you agree to install current versions when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate App services within a reasonable scope.
