This Privacy Policy explains how Biubiu VPN (referred to as 'this Service' or 'we') handles personal information through the mobile application (referred to as the 'App'). We provide the service while applying the privacy and data protection practices described here.

When you download and launch the App, the system may collect necessary operational data, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app access paths and session duration. To recommend suitable routes, we may process approximate location information. This data is used to: 1. recommend routes based on Biubiu VPN node distribution; 2. improve service stability through anonymized regional performance analysis; 3. send important service updates, security notices or required account messages through your reserved email or username.

We only transmit anonymized or aggregated data to necessary third-party services such as Google Play Services and Firebase for crash analysis, performance statistics and feature improvement. Except in the following cases, we do not share personal information: 1. legal procedures or regulatory requirements; 2. situations necessary to protect users or investigate fraud; 3. cooperation with entrusted service providers bound by confidentiality obligations. To stop new app data collection, remove the App through the standard uninstall process on your device.

User-provided data is retained during the service period and for a reasonable period afterward. To cancel your account and delete your profile, contact the privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13; if we discover such information was collected by mistake, we will delete it as soon as practical. Guardians may contact us through the same email for assistance.

This Privacy Policy may be updated for regulatory, security or business reasons. Please review this page regularly. Continued use after updates are published means you accept the revised policy.
